2020 REI Expands Management Team by Adding Key Positions to Support National Growth in 2018

2020 REI Group, one of the only companies providing comprehensive services to real estate investors, has hired a slew of top professionals in the last six months to spur growth in Texas then nationwide.
“When I founded 2020 REI 18 months ago, I had a bigger vision of supporting real estate investors on a national level,” said Tim Herriage, CEO of 2020 REI. “Texas is one of the best markets for real estate investors to start buying properties and all investors are welcome, even out of state.”
2020 REI is focused on developing products and services to provide complete support for real estate investors. “I’ve always thought it made sense to offer value added services to our clients,” said Mike Burkett, VP of Originations for 2020 REI. “We are a one stop shop for investors. Our customers want support from a company that has done and seen it all.  We help our customers focus on what they do best.”

2020 REI has recently added the following officers to support its customers’ needs: Abe Romero, VP of Marketing; Justin Bennett, VP of Business Development; Marcus Reynolds, VP of Investor Relations; Andrew Costlow, VP, Insurance Operations; and Mike Inman, VP of Technology.
“It’s an all-star team,” said Tim Herriage. “With these additions, along with our other officers, we are set up to make a push across Texas and then nationally.”

June 2017: North Texas Real Estate Stats

The statistics on Real Estate in North Texas are in and we have been seeing consistent growth from Q1 of 2017.  If you currently own an investment property in North Texas, it is a safe bet that it’s appreciating at an impressively consistent rate. Within the last month there has been approximately a 21% sales increase.
